Airline Experts agree that to be successful, we must put our passengers at the heart and centre of everything we do. But that’s easier said than done.

To become a customer-driven airline organization, it needs to develop new capabilities and competences and alignment across the entire enterprise is required.

We have been in your shoes as airline customer experience leaders and we know what it takes to develop a successful customer-centered culture and to be able to deliver excellent customer services.

With my background of >30 years  experience in customer-focused airline management roles and as a customer experience consultant and implementation manager to the wider industry, I achieved outstanding customer experience and loyalty for major European airlines, service & solution providers and partners.

Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of designing and delivering business change and transformation initiatives which have significantly improved passenger contact and care across all commercial and operational functions of the airline.

In my future blogs I would like to share knowledge, insights, learnings  and best practices, which can inspire and support you in your current role as Airline Manager and CX professional.

Not only will I share my personal / professional experiences from the past and the present, there will be articles as well of other Airline professionals within the network and interviews with Airline leaders.
