Our Passenger Experience Innovation workshop educates and inspires airline management, (the team and other stakeholders) with the latest trends and concepts in the industry. We provide a platform to ideate and co-create digitally-enabled products and services as building blocks for business plans and a digital innovation roadmap.
Our workshops are highly interactive, action-based and offer ample opportunity for inspiration, creativity, reflection and discussion.
The workshop starts with an inspiration session, delving into the big picture of how customer expectations and the nature of airline-customer interactions has changed. We then make these trends REAL by highlighting a large number of recent passenger experience innovations from airlines around the world.
During the core of the ideation and co-creation phase the workshop participants are divided into teams to build and present ideas and concepts. After the workshop, all results are consolidated.
