Pauline Hoogervorst has worked in the airline industry for more than 30 years in passenger-focused roles for various airlines; including Singapore Airlines, TWA, Air Florida, Transavia, and AirFrance/KLM.
As airline management professional and a consultant to the wider industry, she has been at the forefront of designing and delivering business change and transformation initiatives focused on customer service experiences. She achieved outstanding customer experience and loyalty programs, including project management of state-of-the art digital solutions for major European airlines and their service & solution providers.
Since 2016 she is working in partnership with AirlineTrends and delivering Passenger Experience Workshops for Aviation leaders.
Since 2017 she has been SVP of Innovation and Customer Management with INTROAviation, supporting airlines and airports with their passenger centric transformation and passenger experience innovation. Her latest interim roles where Customer Manager Ground Operations with easyJet in 2018/19 and Customer Management Consultant for Corsair in 2019/20.
